Buzzard.

Drogheda, Co. Louth

The Common Buzzard (Buteo buteo) is a medium-to-large bird of prey. A member of the genus Buteo, it is a member of the family Accipitridae. The species lives in most of Europe and extends its breeding range across much of the Palearctic as far as northwestern China (Tian Shan), far western Siberia and northwestern Mongolia.

Most commonly seen high in the sky flying in circles (Using thermals to save energy).

Using the Cover and camouflage from my hide, I have been able to capture the images below (using road-kill as bait).

How I captured these images

In most cases I will have my GoPro with me and document how I capture my images, white capturing footage of the subject.

See links below to my YouTube Videos (Behind the scenes).
