Hoopoe
Hoopoes are colourful birds found across Africa, Asia, and Europe, notable for their distinctive "crown" of feathers which can be raised or lowered at will.
These exotic birds are only seen rarely in Ireland, but they do tend to turn up, usually in small numbers, almost every year.

How I captured these images
In most cases I will have my GoPro with me and document how I capture my images, white capturing footage of the subject.
